When organizing a large event, there are many things to consider - and at Krusmølle we have the experience and expertise to make your event a success. With experience from events with up to 500 guests, we are ready to take on the task and create a unique atmosphere, whether it's at your home or at your company.
We bring the whole backdrop with us! Our large event package includes everything you need to create the perfect setting for your event. From our retro bus equipped with a full industrial kitchen where we prepare the food on site, to our stage trucks that transform any space into an atmospheric experience.
Our professional staff will take care of everything from preparation and plating to serving, so you can focus on your guests and enjoy the day. We make sure that every detail is in place and that your guests have a gastronomic experience that's second to none.
Brunch out of the house
Cold platter: Apple juice from Ryesminde, butter, freshly baked buns and rye bread, jam, mustard, pickled vegetables, three different types of cheese and three types of cold cuts. You also get yogurt and a selection of fruit and vegetables. We provide baked salmon with tatare dressing, which we bake from scratch - it doesn't need to be served warm. You'll also receive a 1 kg bag of Kifaru ground coffee beans from us so you can start your day with an excellent cup of coffee.
In heat: Eggnog, bacon dipped in maple syrup and chili, liver pate and pancakes.
To ensure that the food stays warm throughout your buffet, we provide hot plates.
Dinner | Tapas
Hot Appetizer: We offer a delicious menu consisting of carpaccio with vegetables, pesto and rocket and sweet potato waffles topped with sun-dried tomatoes in a cream cheese sauce. Homemade delicacies with sour cream and roe and two fresh seasonal salads are also served. In addition, you get bread and butter, potatoes with mojo verde, and to finish the meal we offer cheese with a nut and cognac topping.
