Transparent payment terms:

Our Guarantee of Transparency and Trust

In our commitment to ensure a trusting and seamless transaction experience for our customers, we have established transparent payment terms that clearly define the terms of any financial interaction between us and our customers. These terms form the foundation of our business relationships and are designed with a focus on transparency, safety and security.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy: Ensuring Clear Terms

Our booking and cancellation policy reflects established industry practice and includes clear guidelines for booking and canceling corporate events, courses and conferences, unless another specific agreement has been made.

To host an event at Krusmølle, a minimum of 20 guests over the age of 12 is required.

Prices and Payment:

We reserve the right to adjust prices. The prices quoted reflect the price list applicable at the time of the offer, provided that the event is completed with full payment. We reserve the right to change prices due to rising costs such as new taxes, duties or changes in raw material prices. In case of significant changes in the number of participants, we reserve the right to change the venue and charge a reservation fee and deposit. The reservation fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Cancellation of Corporate Events:

  • Reservation fees are non-refundable if the event is canceled. 
  • Cancellation of a corporate event for 20 people or more must be made in writing no later than twelve weeks prior to the event. For events with fewer than 20 people, cancellations must be made no later than four weeks before the event.
  • Cancellation of the entire event or a reduction of more than 10% up to and including 6 days before the event, Krusmølle can claim 50% of the price. Cancellation later than 6 days before the event will result in a refund of 75% of the price.
  • Krusmølle may require payment for non-cancellable services, such as music or equipment, upon timely cancellation of the event.
  • In case of no show, the full price of the event will be charged.

General Rules for Reservation and Cancellation:

  • The reservation should always be confirmed in writing either through an order confirmation or a reservation agreement approved by both parties.
  • Cancellations or changes to the reservation should be made in writing and in accordance with applicable deadlines.

Reservation fee and deposit:

  • A reservation fee of DKK 1,500 is charged at the time of booking, which is non-refundable upon cancellation.
    The deposit of DKK 1,000. After the event and upon receipt of the invoice, the reservation fee & deposit will be deducted.

Loss mitigation:

  • Krusmølle has the right to limit any losses by renting out the premises to others. In the event of late cancellation, the guest may require documentation of rental to another party.

Cancellation or rescheduling:

  • In case of cancellation or rescheduling, the guest can claim compensation for documented additional costs.
  • In the event of a mandatory closure, such as a pandemic, the claim for compensation lapses.

 

Activities outside the Location:

Cancellation:

  • For cancellations up to 3 weeks before the date of use, 50% of the order amount will be invoiced. For later cancellations, 80% of the order amount will be invoiced.

Rental period:

  • The order can be reduced by up to 10% up to 8 days before delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • The lessee is responsible for damage and loss of equipment during the rental period. Krusmølle is only liable for personal injury caused by negligence on their part.

Payment:

  • Payment must be made 8 days before delivery.
