Plate served - We serve warm bread, pancakes, Greek yogurt, homemade muesli. Rye bread from baker Nymann. Cold cuts, cheeses from Naturmælk, apple juice from Ryesminde on Als, eggs from Nørbygaard, bacon and jam. + Ad libitum juice, coffee or tea.
This is ideal for children under 12 years of age. It includes mild cheeses and cold cuts, fruit, pancakes, and eggs. You may inquire about the bacon, which is dipped in maple syrup and chili.
Vegan or vegetarian platter, just note it when you make your reservation and we'll take care of it.
Herring with tartar dressing (mayo & capers - not meat!), Red cabbage salad with fresh apples, Sunny side up eggs - mildly salted, Crispy rind, Warm curry/coconut soup, Pickled apples, Skewers with cold cuts from Slagter Lampe, olives & tomato, Brie with homemade sea buckthorn jam - the sea buckthorn comes from Blåbærgaarden.

It's a small plate, with salami, meatball fruit, some sweets and bread & butter. We recommend it for children under 12 years
All our cakes are created and baked right here at Krusmølle. The range of cakes varies according to the baker's inspiration and mood. However, we make a special effort to always offer Katrine Blommekage (flower cake) and Rugbrødslagkage (rye bread cake).
We also offer a selection of vegan cakes, available to order.
Formerly made on "stale rye bread" with added sugar. Where layer cake bases are baked. In between these blackcurrant jam
It's made with Katrine plums that have been soaked in a little rum. On a base of whipped egg whites.
There's no telling what the baker has come up with. But ask the waiter.
