Plate served - We serve warm bread, pancakes, Greek yogurt, homemade muesli. Rye bread from baker Nymann. Cold cuts, cheeses from Naturmælk, apple juice from Ryesminde on Als, eggs from Hans-Jacob, bacon and jam. + Ad libitum juice, coffee or tea.
This is great for children under 12 years old. It contains mild cheeses & cold cuts, fruit, pancakes and eggs & bacon.
We also do vegetarian platters, we just need to know before you arrive.
All our cakes are created and baked right here at Krusmølle. The assortment of cakes varies according to the baker's inspiration and mood. However, we make a special effort to always offer Katrine Blommekage and Rugbrødslagkage. We also offer a selection of vegan cakes.
Formerly made on "stale rye bread" with added sugar. Where layer cake bases are baked. In between these blackcurrant jam
It's made with Katrine plums that have been soaked in a little rum. On a base of whipped egg whites.
There's no telling what the baker has come up with. But ask the waiter.
