Plate served - We serve warm bread, pancakes, Greek yogurt, homemade muesli. Rye bread from baker Nymann. Cold cuts, cheeses from Naturmælk, apple juice from Ryesminde on Als, eggs from Nørbygaard, bacon and jam. + Ad libitum juice, coffee or tea.
This is ideal for children under 12 years of age. It includes mild cheeses and cold cuts, fruit, pancakes, and eggs. You may inquire about the bacon, which is dipped in maple syrup and chili.

Light and fluffy finger sandwiches with salmon and chicken. Blueberry scones with berries from Blåbærgården, a classic scone, two types of macarons, cookies, orange cheesecake, and an extra slice of cake. All served with salted organic butter, unlimited tea, or filter coffee.
Pick up a bottle of our pear or apple liqueur. The perfect accompaniment to your tea party

All our cakes are created and baked right here at Krusmølle. The range of cakes varies according to the baker's inspiration and mood. However, we make a special effort to always offer Katrine Blommekage (flower cake) and Rugbrødslagkage (rye bread cake).
We also offer a selection of vegan cakes, available to order.

It's made with Katrine plums that have been soaked in a little rum. On a base of whipped egg whites.
