Our Guarantee of Transparency and Trust
In our commitment to ensuring a trusting and seamless transaction experience for our customers, we have established transparent payment terms that clearly define the terms of any financial interaction between us and our customers. These terms form the foundation of our business relationships and are designed with a focus on transparency, safety and security.
By booking with Krusmølle Glamping, you accept the terms and conditions below. If you have any questions or experience any ambiguities, you are welcome to contact us at info@krusmoelle-glamping.dk. We strive to answer all inquiries within two business days.

Departure: Departure must be no later than 11:00 am. For later departures, we reserve the right to charge for an extra night - without the option to stay.
Payment: Booking is made online and payment is deducted in two steps: A 10% booking fee upon reservation and the rest(90%) 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation: Free of charge until 7 days before arrival (only booking fee payable). If canceled later, the full amount for stay and add-ons will be charged.
No-show: Equivalent to late cancellation and non-refundable.
Changes and cancellations: Must be made in writing via email or the booking system. Remember to get confirmation.
Add-ons such as breakfast, dinner, bubbles, etc. must be ordered at least 24 hours before arrival.
Removal of add-ons must be done no later than 48 hours before arrival, otherwise the full amount will be charged.
We expect all guests to behave in a considerate and respectful manner.
You're in nature, so naturally we expect you to behave with care for wildlife and plants
In case of noise, rough behavior or damage to property, the guest may be expelled without the right to a refund.
Bookings from persons under the age of 18 are only accepted if accompanied by a responsible adult. Krusmølle Glamping reserves the right to refuse bookings that do not meet this requirement.
Cleaning of vehicles takes place between 11:00 and 15:00 on the day of departure. For stays longer than three days, bedding can be changed upon written request.
Animals are not allowed to be brought in. Violation will result in:
Cleaning fee: DKK 1,500.
Fine: 500 kr.
Possible compensation for damaged inventory
This applies regardless of whether the guest tries to clean up after themselves.
Krusmølle Glamping is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure (e.g. strike, pandemic, fire, extreme weather conditions, etc.) In case of force majeure, the guest is not entitled to compensation, but we will as far as possible offer rebooking or refund.
Krusmølle Glamping cannot be held liable for indirect losses. Any compensation may not exceed the total amount for the stay and additional purchases. Missing or damaged inventory is replaced by the guest.
Krusmølle Glamping is not responsible for vandalism, theft or damage to parked cars.
We do not replace lost or stolen items - neither in carts nor on site.
Forgotten cases are stored for up to 2 months, after which they are handed over to the police. Shipping can be done for DKK 100 + postage.
When using gift cards issued by third parties, the terms and conditions of these partners apply. Promotions and discounts from Krusmølle Glamping are not valid in connection with external gift cards.
The season runs from May to September. The exact dates vary and can be found in the booking system.
Krusmølle Glamping reserves the right to update the terms and conditions. The latest version is always available on the website. Changes will take effect with reasonable notice.
We handle all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR). Read more under Cookie and privacy policy
Any disputes between the guest and Krusmølle Glamping are settled under Danish law by a Danish court.
