Reservation and Cancellation Policy: Ensuring Clear Terms
Our booking and cancellation policy reflects established industry practice and includes clear guidelines for booking and canceling corporate events, courses and conferences, unless another specific agreement has been made.
To host an event at Krusmølle, a minimum of 18 guests over the age of 12 is required.
Prices and Payment:
We reserve the right to adjust prices. The prices quoted reflect the price list applicable at the time of the offer, provided that the event is completed with full payment. We reserve the right to change prices due to increasing costs such as new taxes, duties or changes in raw material prices. In case of significant changes in the number of participants, we reserve the right to change rooms and charge a booking fee and deposit. The reservation fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
